1. General return and refund policy
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns or refunds.*
The items are second-hand and/or vintage and may therefore show signs of wear or defects. To enable you to make an informed purchase, each item is described in details (condition and defects, size, color, etc.) in the item description.
*The only situation in which a refund (partial or complete) will be granted is if an item presents a defect that was not explicitly mentioned in the item description. If this is your case, please contact us and we'll be glad to look into it.
We do not cover damages caused by the carrier (Post CH). Any damage to the ordered items caused by the delivery person is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not entertain claims for damages caused by the delivery person.
2. Shipping informations

What are the shipping costs?
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. You can directly choose your delivery method during the finalization of your order. You will have the following options :
- Offert (Free shipping for all orders over CHF 100.00)
- PostPac Economy - 2-3 Working days
- PostPac Economy Priority - 1 Working day
- PostPac Economy Signature** - 2-3 Working days
**A signature is required on delivery; if not at home the parcel will be held at the post office awaiting hand-delivery.
Note that all orders concerning luxury items and eligible for free delivery will be sent with the following option : PostPac Economy Signature - 2-3 Working days
